Do I need a reservation?
No — walk-ins are welcome on event days. But booking guarantees your spot, especially on busy weekends.
Can I reschedule?
Reservation fees are nonrefundable, but we're happy to help with rescheduling. Email us at laylasbunnyville@gmail.com.
How early should I arrive?
5–10 minutes before your session. Late arrivals cannot have time extended or pushed back.
Can children hold the bunnies?
Children under 10 are not allowed to pick up or hold the bunnies — this keeps both kids and bunnies safe.
Can I bring my own pet?
No outside pets are allowed in the café or enclosure — including dogs, cats, and other bunnies.
What if it rains?
If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a refund. Otherwise, fees are nonrefundable.
