A gentle set of house rules.
These rules exist to protect our bunnies, our guests, and the tiny humans who love both. Please read through before your visit.
01Reservation Policies
Everything you need to know before you book.
- All reservation fees are nonrefundable unless Layla's Bunnyville cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Walk-in fees are also nonrefundable once a guest enters the enclosure.
- You must prepay for tickets. Reservations will not be confirmed without payment.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the petting zoo. Both the child and the adult need their own ticket.
- Please check in 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals cannot have their time extended or pushed back.
- For rescheduling questions, please email laylasbunnyville@gmail.com.
- Guests who request specific bunnies may not be accommodated due to capacity.
- A 30-minute session guarantees you'll see all the bunnies.
02Age Restriction Policy
Designed to protect both the little ones and the bunnies.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the petting zoo.
- Both the child and the accompanying adult must have their own ticket.
- Children under 10 are not allowed to hold or pick up the bunnies.
- This policy protects both young children and the bunnies.
03Bunny Care & Safety
A little gentleness goes a very long way.
- Be gentle. Bunnies have very delicate bones. Never pick one up unless a staff member gives permission. Never lay them upside down on their backs.
- Pet gently on their back or head only. Avoid touching their face, ears, or feet — it frightens them.
- Do not feed them snacks. Bunnies have special diets designed to keep their stomachs healthy.
- No chasing or loud noises. Bunnies startle easily — move slowly and speak quietly.
- Bunnies have teeth. They don't mean to bite, but if scared, they might nibble to protect themselves.
- Bunnies may not want to be held. If a bunny wants to leave, let them go. Holding is not guaranteed.
- If a bunny hops away, let them go. They need a short break.
- If a guest mistreats bunnies or ignores safety policies, they will be removed. No refunds.
- No outside pets — including dogs, cats, and other bunnies. They may not enter the café or enclosure.
04Capacity & Group Guidelines
We cap the enclosure to keep every bunny calm.
- The enclosure has limited capacity — strictly enforced.
- No entry without a valid ticket.
- Non-participating adults are welcome to watch from outside — no ticket required for that.
- Large groups may be split up and entered in smaller waves.
- Walk-ins are not guaranteed to be together as a group during busy times.
- For groups of 6 or more, a private party is recommended.
