What To Expect

One hour, two halves.

Bunny Yoga is structured so you get the full benefit of the practice and the full softness of the bunnies — without rushing either.

45 minutes

Guided yoga

An all-levels flow led by Sarah Flower — slow, breath-led, designed to land you in your body. Modifications offered for every shape. Your bunny is in their kennel beside you, settling in.

15 minutes

Bunny time

After savasana, your bunny joins you on the mat. Petting, feeding, brushing, holding — whatever the bunny is in the mood for. A gentle, unhurried close to class.

From The Studio

Inside the practice.

A few real moments from past classes — students settling into poses, bunnies wandering up to say hello, the quiet kind of mornings we keep coming back for.

Your Instructor

Sarah Flower.

Sarah leads every Bunny Yoga class. Her style is unhurried and accessible — perfect for anyone newer to yoga, and a welcome change of pace for anyone deep into a practice. She'll guide you through breath, slow movement, and a savasana that's softer with bunnies in the room.

The Space

An indoor studio, set up for stillness.

🧘 Comfortable flooring

Indoor martial-arts mat flooring — soft underfoot, easy on the knees, warm in cooler months.

🪞 Mirrored studio

Full-wall mirrors so you can check your form when you want to — and look away when you'd rather just feel the pose.

🐰 Your own bunny

Each student is paired with their own bunny in a kennel beside the mat. No sharing, no hopping between groups.

🟢 Mats provided

We supply the mats. Just bring yourself, water, and comfortable clothes you can move in.

👥 Small classes

Up to six students per class so the room stays quiet and Sarah can give everyone individual attention.

🗓️ Tuesday mornings

Classes run on Tuesdays in a 7:30–11:30 AM block, with new sessions starting every hour. Check the schedule for upcoming dates.

  • Arrive ten minutes early so you can settle in and meet your bunny.
